I bought this cheese thinking I'd be able to eat it straight, and I like the smell, but I can't stand the taste.
So I'm thinking I should use combine it with something else.
One combo that I thought of is swiss-chard and the cheese. And now that I know about this combo, I can try them in meatballs, or maybe make a pesto to eat with a steak.
Do you know any other swiss-chard combination? The only other ones I can think of involve pasta or other things I can't eat:

I made Swiss chard rolls last night and when we would bite into them there would be this gritty bite once in a while, almost like biting into a small gravel. Swiss chard itself has a gritty texture but this was definitely "stone-like". When I was washing the Swiss chard leaves, I did notice its texture to be grainy but not to the point of "dirty". Has anyone else encountered this? Do you think I just didn't wash the leaves thoroughly enough? I can't imagine it coming from any of the other ingredients from the recipe. I want to know how you can know ffrom specifications what is a good oven. Can you know quality difference from it? Most recipes I have seen and used call for greens (kale, chard, collard, turnip, beet, etc) to be massaged in salt and/or lemon juice (or other acidic liquid) for 3-5 minutes, resulting in a dense leafy salad. The preparation is fantastic as it takes away the sharpness of raw greens while keeping them raw, and in a fraction of the time. I have a family recipe for a to-die-for hazelnut torte with chocolate frosting. I need to frost a cake and cupcakes with a cream cheese frosting for a late morning party tomorrow. I do not do a lot of baking so I'm concerned about when I should frost the cakes. For the sake of time tomorrow I'd prefer to frost the cakes this evening, but am worried about overnight storage of a cream cheese frosting. Can I frost the cakes tonight and leave them frosted on the counter? If left on the counter do they need to be covered? Would it be better to place the cakes in the refrigerator?
